Privacy and cookies policy
Privacy policy
This policy describes how the personal data of the users of this website are processed.
1. Data controller
The data controller corresponds to the owner of this website, whose full details appear in the Legal notice.
2. Data processed, purposes and retention periods
2.1 Data processed: for the purposes of requesting information, contact or an appointment, certain data must be provided by filling in the form arranged for that purpose, which indicates which fields are mandatory. During browsing, only the technical data described in the cookies section are obtained, under the terms and conditions set out there. The data provided in the form is also recorded in the customer management tool (CRM) that the controller uses to handle and follow up requests (see section 4).
2.2 Purposes: (i) Contact: the e-mail address or telephone number provided will be used to give an effective answer to the questions raised. (ii) Bulletins or newsletters: the e-mail address, which must be verified by the user, or similar data such as the telephone number, will be used to send the bulletins or newsletters according to their interests.
2.3 Retention: (i) Contact: the data will be deleted once the question raised by the user has been dealt with and answered. (ii) Bulletins or newsletters: the data will be processed from the moment the user gives their consent until it is withdrawn, which can be done as many times as they wish; each communication includes a free and accessible procedure to manage it.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing the data provided is: (i) the consent given by the user by filling in the form; and (ii) the satisfaction of the legitimate interests of the data controller.
4. Recipients and disclosures
No transfers or disclosures of data to third parties will take place, except those expressly provided for by law and access by the service providers listed below, who act as processors.
The e-mail generated by the contact form is delivered through an e-mail service provider acting as a processor (art. 28 GDPR).
The data provided in the form (name, telephone number, e-mail address, area of interest, message and consent record) is also stored in BeeCRM, the customer management platform (CRM) that the controller uses to handle and follow up contact requests. BeeCRM acts as a processor (art. 28 GDPR): it processes the data on behalf of the controller and only for that purpose.
Any international data transfer by these processors will be carried out with the safeguards provided for in articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
5. Exercise of rights
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, to request their erasure when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the restriction of the processing of their data or object to the processing; in that case the data will be kept solely for the exercise or defence of claims.
To do so, users may send a written communication to the postal address or e-mail address shown in the Legal notice, enclosing in both cases a copy of their national identity document or equivalent identification. If you wish to exercise the right to portability, your data will be provided to the new controller.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookie policy
Information about cookies and similar technologies on this website.
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files generated by the websites you visit, containing session data that may be useful later on the website. They allow the site to keep information between pages and to analyse how you interact with it.
Cookies are safe: they can only store the information placed there by the browser — information the user entered or that is included in a page request. They cannot execute code or be used to access the computer of the user.
Some services may use connectors to social networks (social plugins) such as Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. In that case, you should consult the cookie policy of those social networks.
What types of cookies exist?
By expiry: session cookies are temporary and remain in the cookie file of the browser until you leave the page; persistent cookies are stored on the device with a set expiry date, which can range from a few minutes to several years.
By manager: first-party cookies are sent and managed by a server or domain of the publisher of the website being visited; third-party cookies are sent and managed by a third party, when they come from another server — for example, those used by social networks or by external content such as maps.
By purpose: technical cookies allow the user to browse and use the different options or services of the site; analytics cookies allow statistical measurement and analysis of how the site is used, in aggregate form and without being directly associated with an identified user; marketing cookies are used to track the user across different sites and show personalised advertising, only where the user has given consent.
Which cookies do we use?
This website does not currently set any cookies, whether first-party or third-party: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking.
It only uses the local storage of the browser (localStorage) to remember your theme preference (light or dark). This is strictly technical storage that collects no personal data and cannot identify you, and is therefore exempt from the consent requirement of art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE.
If services that set cookies are added in the future (for example embedded maps, videos or analytics tools), this policy will be updated and, where required, prior consent will be requested through a configuration panel.
How to manage cookies?
All internet browsers allow you to limit the behaviour of a cookie or disable cookies in the settings or options of the browser. The steps differ for each browser; instructions can be found in its help menu.
Many browsers also offer a private mode in which cookies are always deleted after the visit, available among others in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Samsung Internet, Brave, Vivaldi and DuckDuckGo.
You can also clear the local storage of this site at any time from the privacy settings of your browser; the site will keep working normally.
